Bears and Pink Tutus

Yesterday my mom and I took the girls for a fun filled day of Build a Bear, a visit wih Santa, and lunch. The girls had a great time building their bears. My mom and I were physically and mentally drained after we left! Keeping up with three little girls in a place like Build a Bear is truly exhausting. However, we took a few minutes to regroup and moved on down the mall to Santa. The girls made a special request early on during the day for pink tutus. So after a quick trip to the fabric store I commenced to making three pink tutus.

Santa and the Girls

We were finally able to get a Santa picture this year!!! With the help of her cousins, Brooklynn sat with Santa (kinda). Actually, she wanted nothing to do with Santa but she was willing to sit with her big cousin Jayla. Here's the picture.  Needless to say "Nana" and "Papa" think it's priceless! :)

Holiday Pictures

We've dressed up the blog for the holidays!!!! Don't you just love it!!! Thanks, Lindsay (Splat Designs)!

This year I decided to do Brooklynn's Christmas pictures at home in front of our tree. I think we did pretty good. Brooklynn was a good sport and cooperated (with the help of a few Skittles) really well. Here are a few of the good ones.

For some reason, as soon as I saw this sign I thought of my little girl. :)

Merry Christmas!
