A Bike Parade

This week Brooklynn's school had their annual Bike Parade for the kids. All of the kids brought in their bikes, scooters, wagons, etc all decorated and they got to ride them in the parking lot. It was so much fun!

Last weekend Brooklynn and I headed to Alabama for my cousins bridal shower. My cousin Crystal and I are more than just cousins, we consider each other sisters. Our mom's are sisters and we grew up seeing what a beautiful relationship they had as sisters. She and I both have a brother but no sisters, so when we really young we adopted each us other as sisters. Needless to say, I'm so excited for her upcoming wedding! She was my Maid of Honor and now I get be the Matron of Honor in her wedding.

We had a wonderful time at the shower and it was so nice to spend time with family.

Crystal, I am so proud of the beautiful young woman you've become. You've made a wonderful choice in a husband and I wish you both nothing but happiness!!! Love you sis!

A Garden Fairy Birthday

Last weekend Brooklynn attended her first all girl party! It was a garden fairy theme. The girls all came in leotards and were given fairy wings and tutus to wear. They got their nails painted, make up done, danced, and took part in a "fairy ceremony" were they were given fairy names. It was soooooo cute and all of the girls had such a wonderful time!
